Our Commitment to Fair Refunds

At eeev.in, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and accommodating to both event organizers and attendees. We believe in providing clear guidelines that protect everyone's interests while maintaining the integrity of event planning.

General Refund Terms

All refund requests are processed according to the following guidelines. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Crediting times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically ranging from 3-10 business days.

  • Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment
  • Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our official channels

Full Refund Eligibility (100% Refund)

You are eligible for a full refund (excluding service fees) under the following circumstances:

  • 1.
    Cancellation 2+ Hours Before Event:Full refund if you cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled event start time.
  • 2.
    Event Cancellation by Organizer:Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer for any reason.
  • 3.
    Technical Issues:Full refund if the event cannot proceed due to technical issues on our platform.
  • 4.
    Duplicate Bookings:Full refund for accidental duplicate bookings (must be reported within 1 hour).

Partial Refund Eligibility (50% Refund)

You may be eligible for a 50% refund (excluding service fees) under these circumstances:

  • 1.
    Late Cancellation (Within 2 Hours):50% refund if you cancel within 2 hours of the event start time.
  • 2.
    No-Show with Valid Reason:50% refund for no-shows with documented emergency circumstances (medical, family emergency, etc.).
  • 3.
    Event Postponement:50% refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event date.

No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • 1.
    Event Completion:No refunds after the event has concluded, regardless of attendance.
  • 2.
    Service Fees:Processing fees, service charges, and platform fees are non-refundable.
  • 3.
    Fraudulent Claims:Refund requests based on false information or fraudulent claims.
  • 4.
    Force Majeure Events:Natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

How to Request a Refund

    Contact Support:Email us at support@eeev.in with your booking details and refund reason.

    Provide Documentation:Include booking confirmation, payment receipt, and any relevant documentation.

    Review Process:Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. 4.
    Refund Processing:Approved refunds are processed within 3-10 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • All times mentioned are based on the event's local timezone
  • Refund policies may vary for special events or promotional offers
  • Organizers may have additional refund policies that supersede these terms
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy with 30 days notice
  • Disputes will be resolved through our customer support team
